What We Do
At The Box Maker, we design and manufacture a wide range of corrugated packaging products. They are built to protect and match your product and purpose.
Custom Box Engineering (Structural Design & Dielines)
We design exact-fit cartons to your length, width, height, product weight, stacking, and route. You receive CAD dielines in Illustrator, PDF, or DXF, plus flute and ply recommendations that balance protection and cost. We also advise on pallet patterns and packing efficiency.
Printing & Finishing
Flexo, offset, and digital printing with managed color (Pantone and brand guides) delivers clean, consistent results. Finishes include matte or gloss lamination, protective varnish, spot UV, and optional emboss or deboss for retail-ready presentation.
Quality Control & Testing
Each run includes board and moisture checks, dimensional inspections, and print approvals. Where needed, we perform spot compression and drop tests and complete pre-shipment quality checks so cartons arrive line-ready and remain consistent on repeat orders.
